Mansfield Autism Statewide Services (MASS), The Village
The Village comprises two large buildings located near the retreat cabins. These buildings provide accommodation suitable for larger groups, dual families, and the training of future Mansfield Autism Practitioners (MAP).
Designed to add value and flexibility to the facility, the Village accommodation is adaptable to meet the needs of Emergency Services. For example, in the event of bushfires in the High Country, the buildings could be used by firefighters and support teams. A mudroom has been integrated into the design, providing space for storing firefighting equipment and uniforms, and offering responders a place to relax, recharge, and connect with others in similar roles.
