The three Residences are designed to accommodate MASS students, with careful consideration of their needs. Children’s carers and support staff have specific accommodation spaces in the Residences.
Each Residence has two wings and each wing is designed to accommodate one carer, one guest carer and four students. These wings range from high dependency facilities through to accommodation that features integration with a home environment.Each wing has two living areas and one accessible kitchen. There are undercover recreation areas and connections to the outdoors. Connecting each of the two wings is a staff area with offices, a kitchenette, guest quarters and breakout area.
